We run end-of-life initiatives in collaboration with local social enterprises. Our goal is to divert as many items from landfill as possible. When items are in good condition, we clean, repurpose and redirect them to communities that have use for them.

Most customers chose to have a core range from 2XS to 5XL however as we are a bespoke solution we can make any size. Need extra leg length - no problems. By keeping fabric in stock we can offer a special order service on any customisation from just 1 garment.
The fitting process is part of our product development phase culminating in wearer trials with selected staff. Wearer trials usually take 2 weeks, followed by a focus group to discuss feedback or individual surveys, any amendments can then be made for pre-production samples and final sign off.

Whilst we have always offered repair and alteration services in our in-house facility in Auckland, when we started supplying uniforms for corporates outside Auckland (and in much higher volumes) we had to find a more practical solution for alterations & repairs, the solution was partnering with LOOKSMART. https://www.looksmartalterations.co.nz/ With fast turn around (usually within 24 hours) & convenient locations they fitted perfectly and complimented our own solution. We negotiated flat rates with LOOKSMART, so when an alteration/repair is needed our customers can purchase the voucher online and send/take the garment to the preferred branch. It’s a cashless practical alternative for companies since the alteration costs will fall under the uniform invoice we send at the end of the month.
